i can’t belive how unprepared they were. i requested an extra bed twice, and still no bed was ready on arrival. the shower hot water was a joke, lasting only 2 minutes. i woudl ve been thrilled with a simple welcome gift for my inconvenience, but i guess that’s too much to ask.

Navigating around Brunei without a car presented challenges!!! The inconsistent wifi kicked me off every few minutes, which hindered my planning!!! Staff didn’t offer much help with public transportation details, leaving me quite frustrated!!!

my stay was enhanced by how easy it was to walk to Jerudong's Crystal Arch, just around the corner, and explore the local eateries, like Little Audrey's Cafe, only a few steps away, giving me a chance to savor the local flavors.

The room was unbelievably spacious, providing ample room for us to relax. I loved the comprehensive breakfast spread that left no stone unturned in deliciousness. The hotel’s convenient location allowed us to explore various shops and dining options just a stone's throw away.

Had a fantastic stay with my family! We enjoyed the super clean room and the breakfast had a great variety. The airport transfer made life easy. The only downside was that the bed wasn't super comfy after a long flight, but it was still good enough and we’d definitely come back! 😊

The spacious Deluxe King Room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by a lovely buffet breakfast featuring delicious home-made desserts. The staff was accommodating, organizing a convenient airport shuttle. However, the waiting time for public transport to the airport was frustrating, and the bed could use improvement for better comfort. Refill of water bottles required a request, which was a slight inconvenience.

Our stay in the Executive Two-Bedroom Apartment was great! The room was spacious and perfectly fit our three kids. The hotel is conveniently located near various restaurants and shops. The airport transfer was smooth and affordable, and we appreciated the excellent service from the attentive staff throughout our stay.
