i can’t belive how unprepared they were. i requested an extra bed twice, and still no bed was ready on arrival. the shower hot water was a joke, lasting only 2 minutes. i woudl ve been thrilled with a simple welcome gift for my inconvenience, but i guess that’s too much to ask.

Navigating around Brunei without a car presented challenges!!! The inconsistent wifi kicked me off every few minutes, which hindered my planning!!! Staff didn’t offer much help with public transportation details, leaving me quite frustrated!!!

Had a fantastic stay with my family! We enjoyed the super clean room and the breakfast had a great variety. The airport transfer made life easy. The only downside was that the bed wasn't super comfy after a long flight, but it was still good enough and we’d definitely come back! 😊

The spacious suite felt more like home than a hotel! The breakfast was wholesome, with good variety and local sweets. Supportive staff also provided helpful tips about nearby attractions, making our stay more enjoyable! 😊
The shower was a bit temperamental. hot water ran out quickly, leaving some family members with cold showers. 😅

The spacious Deluxe King Room provided a comfortable stay, complemented by a lovely buffet breakfast featuring delicious home-made desserts. The staff was accommodating, organizing a convenient airport shuttle. However, the waiting time for public transport to the airport was frustrating, and the bed could use improvement for better comfort. Refill of water bottles required a request, which was a slight inconvenience.
